If you are looking for a program to help you lose weight and gain fitness this is the place. I am a 60+ formerly sedentary woman I have several health problems that limit what I can do. However, I attend cross fit classes three days a week and the coaches work with me to modify the workouts to fit my capabilities, which allows me to reach my fitness goals and feel good about my accomplishments.
