Lance has helped us with two separate projects over the years. His attention to detail is impressive. He caulked our kitchen sink, and master shower, sealed the backsplash tile and corrected tile flooring. All these areas look better than new after he has completed the work. He is very skilled. We highly recommend Lance for grout and tile work.

I can’t recommend Lance enough! I would give him 10+ stars if I could! He was referred to me through the Tile Shop in Roseville after I had 2 previous unsuccessful attempts by another contractor to repair my cracking grout on my master bathroom floor tile. When I spoke to Lance on the phone he was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He asked questions and took the time to consider the reasons my grout continued cracking. Lance was referred to us by our builder, John Kraemer & Sons to restore (and replace) grout in our four showers. Lance cleaned and sealed three showers and replaced and sealed the grout in our master bath about 6-8 weeks ago. We’ve used the master shower consistently since and our thrilled with the results. There’s been no discoloration on the walls or floor (hexagon tiles added to the challenge). Lance was professional and exceedingly knowledgeable. A+ customer service! David
