Terrible service today. There were only three people in line, yet the wait time was extremely long—completely unacceptable. What’s worse is the serious food safety issue I witnessed. An employee was handling raw chicken and then immediately touching cooked chicken with the same gloves. That’s a clear health code violation, and I have it on video. This kind of negligence is not only unprofessional but dangerous. Management needs to address this immediately.
