Urgent care is not a walk in facility as posted on the site. They will deny you care and refer you elsewhere even through the parking lot and waiting room is nearly empty.
Horrible service. You call ahead to be told they have availability but then arrive just be denied service and told to come back in the morning the next day.
We waited for over 2 hours ,
We have to wait like 5 hours and the workers are so lazy . To my opinion I think they need to close that business down this made me mad
I don’t know why are those people in the front desk are aggressive, they are sooooo mean, I arrived at 4 pm and they refused to check me in.
