It's a wonderful quietclean place to live I've been here eight years soon it will be 9
Quite, peaceful,no personal major problems,no heavy drug traffic some minor discomforts,tire slacher in neighbor hood
Cheaply built doesn't retain heat in the winter or cooling during the summer, it is cockroach infested, don't use the pest company they use either the guy who sprayed my apartment didn't even spray it I don't think. The maintainence guy is the biggest joke the stuff he has repaired is falling apart worse then before he fixed it. Can't even do anything besides tighten a screw here and there other than that I wouldn't let him touch someone place I didn't like. It's pretty much a joke.
