I do not like writing a bad review but the food was cold, the chips was cold and hard, the tacos was small, I ordered the shrimp cocktail which consisted of 8 large shrimp covered in cocktail sauce with a sprinkle of cilantro. It had no avocado or onion in it. It came with no crackers either. After our tea and coffees arrived no one at our table was offered a refill. The food was extremely pricey for the size. I do not like giving negative reviews. But this place was not worth the money we spent. Food was awful tasting. Torillas stale. I tried 3 different items on the menu and all were not tasty at all. Our waitress was very apologetic. But will not come back or bring family. The scenery was nice, we sat outside but I got an asthma attack from constant smokers.
Had a blast....all was on point...walk in with Christmas party group...services was awesome....food was awesome and LA Gloria is the place to eat and have a great time with family and friends....God Bless u y'all 🕇
Delicious! My lovely friend and I paid a visit there and we both agreed that the meal was great and the drinks were great too so we plan to pay another visit next time.
This is always my go to place when people come to visit and for an awesome margarita
Their chicken tacos with the tomatillo sauce were good. Our server was super friendly. Excellent service.
The queso fundido was good, but pricey. The meat in our tacos was tasty, but the tortillas were terrible. They were dry and cold. Our server had too many tables, so I had to walk inside and ask for salsa. Not sure I'll be returning.
If your looking for trying new food this is the place u should go.♡
Food had no flavor AT ALL. I guess your paying for scenery. It was a beautiful day and those prices still made it difficult to understand. Service was decent, if you just call placing food on table. Drinks were alright. I live here in San Antonio and let's just say their ratings of 3 stars and above are from tourist.
La Gloria is outstanding the food is great. I went there for lunch everyday for six months and the waitstaff are fantastic! Right there on the Riverwalk, it was very nice to sit outside and sees the birds and such come ip to your table while you're there.
