I do not like writing a bad review but the food was cold, the chips was cold and hard, the tacos was small, I ordered the shrimp cocktail which consisted of 8 large shrimp covered in cocktail sauce with a sprinkle of cilantro. It had no avocado or onion in it. It came with no crackers either. After our tea and coffees arrived no one at our table was offered a refill. The food was extremely pricey for the size. Large parties beware... poor management... management could give a crap about their customers. We were a party of eight that was told 10-15 minutes and we waited over 35 min and saw another party of eight seated before us. Management did not apologize or even acknowledge that they screwed up. They are an embarrassment to this establishment and either need retraining or be fired. It took a server to take care of us while both so called managers watched her get us a table.
First of all I want to say our server was excellent. What went wrong for us was we waited almost 2hrs to get our food. About 1hr and 45 mins waiting I just told the server just to cancel my order. I don't know happened in the kitchen. but it was too long of a wait. The manager could of came and apologize, but didn't.
Luv this place!! We had a great server Jamie, he was awsome, great food and beautiful atmosphere

Great service, great choice, authentic taste, great all round
We were seated quickly around 5:48 pm and looked over the menu. We weren’t approached by the waiter until exactly 6pm (end of happy hour) they would not honor happy hour pricing...ok no biggie. The service continued to be slow, food portions were small and mediocre to taste. I’ve made better tostadas from hello fresh.
