I do not like writing a bad review but the food was cold, the chips was cold and hard, the tacos was small, I ordered the shrimp cocktail which consisted of 8 large shrimp covered in cocktail sauce with a sprinkle of cilantro. It had no avocado or onion in it. It came with no crackers either. After our tea and coffees arrived no one at our table was offered a refill. The food was extremely pricey for the size. Our ticket was $60 for one tea, coffee, above mentioned shrimp cocktail, beef tacos, and a queso. Oh the chips and s... read more

Waited 30 minutes for a table no problem. Then sat down in the middle of the restaurant and waited for someone to come. After 15 minutes of no one showing up we just left. Y’all need to get it together
Food was very good. Service needs some work. After my family and I were seated outside by the river, we seemed to be forgotten. Groups of people who came in after us were being served before us. I don't think we ever did figure out who was suppose to be our server, since we had four different people say they were going to take care of us and didn't seem to work that way. We have been here before and had great service. Not sure if they were short staffed. We will visit again, the food is that good.
My favorite place to eat in San Antonio!!! Great service ,great food and etertaiment!!! If you leave San Antonio without trying this place your a fool!!!
Overpriced. I got a Sandia margarita and it was incredibly salty and dry at the same time. Food was good but never have I paid that much for Mexican food and then still needed to go to Wataburger after. The hostess told us our table was ready and then we waited inside for 5 min before sitting down.
We wanted to take my mom to a nice real authentic(according to reviews) mexican restaurant. So, we picked La Gloria let me start by the wait wasn't that bad. Our waitress greet us very well but in always a hurry, she wouldn't even wait 5 seconds for us to make a drink choice she didn't even try to help by letting us know what's popular, she would just say I'll be back ( happened 3 times). The food arrive in decent time but when I asked for chile (salsa) for my food they said they sell it along with the chips. So, I didn't ge... read more
I was going to the Pearl Brewery to walk around and have my me time, walking around and just take pictures. When I decided to treat myself to lunch. This was my first experience here at LA GLORIA and I loved it. My waitress was nice. Service was very quick no long waits. As I looked around the staff was always busy and yet still friendly and smiling. The atmosphere was just what I needed. I decided to eat al fresco and of course, it is in the perfect location. It has the most wonderful view and right off the river walk. By t... read more
Awesome drinks. Awesome tacos. Great prices. Mexican Pizza was just ok.
excellent service and attention. but it's a shame that I had an accident with my dress and they ask for the ticket to give me a gift card for the incident. Who keeps your tickets? perhaps they bring with them the ticket of the clothes they are wearing?
The waitress was rude but the waiter was wonderful he explained everything 2 us we needed 2 no & recommended other stuff off the menu.
