I do not like writing a bad review but the food was cold, the chips was cold and hard, the tacos was small, I ordered the shrimp cocktail which consisted of 8 large shrimp covered in cocktail sauce with a sprinkle of cilantro. It had no avocado or onion in it. It came with no crackers either. After our tea and coffees arrived no one at our table was offered a refill. The food was extremely pricey for the size. Our ticket was $60 for one tea, coffee, above mentioned shrimp cocktail, beef tacos, and a queso. Oh the chips and s... read more

The food was excellent! We had the pork molcajete, which was tender, delicious and enough for two people. service was just average. Our server wasn't very efficient or organized to serve our table, which consisted of 7 adults and 2 small kids. The ambience was below average due to the heat. The a/c was not working well inside so we opted to sit outside with the breeze. But it still was very hot. The agua fresca was too small for the price.
Food Drinks and customer was excellent.
Great margaritas, beautiful patio!
Great food, great service, great experience. A bit expensive. Should have rice and beans included with entree rather than separate and chairs should be more comfortable. Maybe add cushions? I would have stayed and had a few drinks but I was so uncomfortable because of the chairs (which they did look cool and added to the ambiance) were so uncomfortable. Will definitely go again when in San Antonio but will need to bring a pillow to sit on.
Food was bland and unremarkable beginning with the guacamole and going on down the list to the beef tacos. The torts was good; chips were grease laden. Waitress diasapperared for too long when we were ready to order.
I used to frequent this wonderful establishment about 5 years ago when I was down here on business. This week I am on vacation and had lunch with friends. Still awesome food and excellent service.
Awesome place! Marinated Skirt Steak Molcajete was the best I’ve had
Margaritas made me happy.
Great service and Maria (aka...twin) was great. Took the time to explain the menu to use during our dinner. I recommend the queso flamiado con Chile y chorizo. Overall the food was awesome and atmosphere was super. Must visit when in San Antonio, Texas.
