My apologies to the gentleman who took my previous review and moved in. 5.5 yrs ago, when Tracy was managing it, it was pristine, until she was promoted. She was awesome. Her assistant manager took over, and although sweet, does not have the qualification to run a property of this size. At one point she let a crack-head move in a d ignored all of our requests for help until myself & my 69 yr old mother-in-law were physically assulted by her. Terrible construction: I hear my upstairs neighbor stomping DAY and NIGHT ! Walls are so thin if someone comes in at night you can legit hear their whole conversation in your apartment! I work nights I had to be prescribed sleeping pills to sleep through all the noise it is horrendous. Management: Lack luster at best. When you are able to reach someone your maintenance requests usually get ignored. My broken fridge took 10 hours to be replaced. The apartment is awesome and the service is great. One of the best places I've ever lived in including homes I've owned lol.
2.5 years... real challenging to be any better. Well, except for the rent payment system from the early 90s.
Been here almost a year and no complains. Great neighbors and great staff.
