Very great service!
My case manager Jamie never helped me with anything and the doctor James Flint was very rude to me and refused to give me Ativan so what the whole point of me going there. They are no help! In fact, they made my mental health worse by yelling at me on the video chats I had with James flint who is very disrespectful. I tried to file a complaint but it seems there’s no help. I will report him somehow after the way I was treated.
During my time at LaFrontera I have made quite a lot of progress. While the whole team has played a part in my healing, I would like to take a moment and recognize the efforts put forth by Annette Bouw. She has been my therapist and leads two groups which have been very beneficial to me, Creative Expressions and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Horrible mean staff
I used to go here on and off for years. However, this last time, they threw me around to different case managers every week without telling me so getting into any programs was a nightmare. On top of that, Dr Parker found out I medicate with marijuana (I have chronic pain and seizures) and forced me to go cold turkey off my meds, telling me he will not give me my meds until I stop smoking.
