I’d like to start with saying this isn’t about all mental health workers at this facility however when classified as SMI the level of services your suppose to receive definitely isn’t met I understand am what they call hi functioning never have I had an actual case manger do any paper work, calls or follow up to anything. I had figth for over a year to get therapy after being told it was added to my treatment plan after a in person appointment in which the case manager didn’t actually update my plan.
