Excellent staff, who make you feel "at home" and genuinely seem to care. The food is usually top notch as well!! It's so nice to be able to get a shower and have clean clothes to put on afterwards, because you're able to do laundry. The staff doesn't judge, and very gently push towards rehab, instead of ramming it down your throat like most places. I think I am going to attempt to get accepted to the live in program, I have just done the day program a few times so far. I'm cautiously optimistic....fingers crossed!

Hugs are illegal here. If you get harassed by males, they will do nothing about it. Even if reports are done. But if you dare to be a female or someone who isn't part of their tight clique and hug someone. They will terminate you and twist it as a "serious allegation" and "harassment".
I don't care how nice they are. The staff is annoying sometimes.
