I guess their phone line is always busy I can never get through to get the help I need smh!!!
Such an unprofessional facility. They blamed us for not going to our “appt” that we didn’t yet schedule. Then when we kept trying to get in contact with them they gaslit us into saying we didn’t contact them and they were the ones trying to contact us. Gaslit us into saying that we’re the ones in the wrong. In take person sounded high and had no idea how to talk to our kid who was having the worst time and didn’t bother trying to talk professionally with us either. So don’t waste your time. They’re a bunch of clowns.
They have yet to help me to get in housing I've done the VISPADT twice with them and that assessment test is one thing but for them to help you find housing well good luck I've been waiting since December 22nd of 2021
