este lugar estaba trabajando con la escuela. Harold w. S. me recomendaron a estas personas para poder llevar a cabo una buena resolución al problema que mi hijo tenía en la escuela pero esta persona aparte de ser impuntual y muy poco profesional me dijo con todas las seriedad del mundo. apenas atendiendo a mi hijo dos semanas que hizo todo lo que podía y que recomendaba que sacar al niño de la escuela cuando ya tengo hijos en esa escuela y nunca han tenido ningún problema alguno.. como siempre, siento que estas instituciones... read more

EMPACT (Glendale) LaFrontera is, in my opinion, plainly & simply the best. Second place isn't close. Recent had a gnarly situation where I couldn't even get a human being on the phone from another agency (common nowadays) but still. EMPACT helped me through this 1,2,3. Terra, Judy, Anita, Cecilia, each and every one of them -an army of Angels! And you can best believe -the ones I'm not mentioning personally here too. Only so much time & space.The very, very best. 2nd place isn't even close.

I have been with La Frontera for 6 years and this is by far the worst experience I've had. They closed my case while my ada accommodation request was still unresolved and have failed to respond despite repeated follow-ups. The level of neglect and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a long-term client. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when applying to this company.
