Horrible experience with my family - apparently they can't handle a large group. The entrees were mixed up (including on the check) and we weren't given any water. It also took them 30 minutes to inform us that they didn't have mango shakes available after we ordered them. We were also charged for an appetizer I tried to return to them because they made a mistake.
