Jae Shin pays his employees in cash, I know I worked there along with the others that have quit their positions. He refuses to pay by check or take out payroll taxes. He and his "manager" both sit in the bar and drink till their eyes float (true oh so true) and the bar manager can't stop saying the "f word" or flipping the employees off.
