In Wake Forest for the first time and found La Foresta Italian Cafe & Pizzeria. I had Chicken Parm and my wife had Eggplant Rolatini. Both dishes were excellent. I asked for a Peroni but they didn't have that. The server recommended Menabrea and it is my new favorite beer! My wife had a nice Pinot Grigio and we topped off the evening with Cheesecake topped with strawberries. We live in Raleigh but will definitely be back to Wake Forest for more La Foresta!!
Always a great meal. I was there with an investment club having a meeting and we were well taken care of. Food was hot and delicious!
Our family found this little gem after going to Olive Garden in Wake Forest only to be told they had an hour and a half wait. We found La Forests online and got seated right away. The food does take a little while to come out but thats because everything is fresh made in the kitchen. From carbonara sauce with some of the richest flavor I've ever had, to marinara sauce that is to die for! We can't wait to go back! Gourmet, in our little neck of the forest! Pam, her entire team along with the chefs have something truly special going on! Why even think of boring chain restaurants near Capital Blvd when a romantic and unique experience awaits right downtown!?!
We have been going for years from the time they were across from Hardees. The food has always been very consistent and delicious. Always FRESH COOKED.
This is our go-to spot for Italian food in Wake Forest! The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Be sure to try the Limoncello Cake!
