I took Chef Jordan's class today and I had the best time. Not only did I learn a wonderful four courses meal, I also had a lot of fun. Jordan uses fresh organic ingredients and his recipes are easy to follow. I'm a new chef and his instructions made me feel more comfortable in the kitchen. I'll definitely be back to learn more recipes.

What a fun way to spend an evening. Jordan makes cooking a party that you not only learn from but get to celebrate while your working. Jordan is informative, knowlegdable and a whole lot of fun. I am signing up again asap. I need to make up for lost time, I wish I had known about Jordan's Kitchen earlier.

My boyfriend and I had a FANTASTIC experience at Jordan's Kitchen. We attended the gluten-free session hoping to get some great hands-on experience learning some basic cooking skills. We got that and so much more with Jordan! The entire session lasted four hours, and we were busy learning, chopping, tasting, mixing, searing, and laughing the entire time.

LA Food Works is amazing. Great chef. Great with people. Great teacher. Makes great food attainable by showing you practical and repeatable skills in the kitchen. Take one and then another of his classes. Highly recommended for people from all walks of life.

Just got back from Jordan's cooking class and wow was it amazing! Jordan cooks simple foods, meaning you can certainly find all the ingredients at your local food store or farmer's market. His techniques are easy to follow. If you are going to recreate the recipe at home, it will take time and prep work. But it's certainly doable.
