Since I was a Kid – I've been going here since 1946 and still enjoy the ambiance, the good food, great service, and wonderful memories.
Yo quiero LA F – Ive had a chance to know LaFonda, from front and back, they have the most creative, and selected dishes of a true mexican restaurant. Reminds me of Mi Mexico............ Great food listen to a Mexican
La Fonda not so Hot – Really enjoyed the ambiance, but the food lacked in quality; the service lacked as well. Needs to work on these two aspects.
La Let Down – My wife and I recently dined at La Fonda on Main and were extremely disappointed in the food. The patio was pleasant, and the service was very good. Our food arrived quickly, however I believe that was due to the fact it had been prepared well before our arrival. All of side items appeared to come from a box or can, and the main dishes were uninspired.
