Found the food extremely good and Mexican. Salsa was a little too spicy for my wife, but it did a very good flavor. Service was a little slow, because the restaurant appeared to be a little under staffed. I would recommend this place to any Mexican food lover.
FOREST'S BEST KEPT SECRET!!!! – A local secret!!! From the outside, La Fogata- is a mom and pop, hole in the wall. Family-owned restaurant with great service, excellent food, & friendly, casual atmosphere... – Family owned business with great service. And the salsa at La Fogata is addictive- deliciously spicy and refreshing. I admit I go there mainly for their salsa and chips, but the food is excellent as well- not to mention inexpensive.
