This is one of San Antonio's best-known Mexican restaurants, and for good reason. Both the food and the beverages are excellent. The margaritas will knock your socks off; be sure to enjoy one on the large, shaded patio. For Mexican cuisine, La Fogata sets an excellent standard with green enchiladas and queso flameado that cannot be beat. Other specialties include the garlic-heavy pollo loco, quesadillas and chile rellenos.

Celebrating my "Older" Sister's BDay with a Famillia Lunch
Beans were cold, tea tastes old, and tacos were not worth what you pay for them. Come for the tequila, stay for the atmosphere.
We waited over two hours for our table even though we had reservations. It was a special occasion, so definitely not ok to keep 20 people waiting like that. Will never go back there!!!
