This place is a scam. My flowers came damaged. The packaging was poor. I contacted them right away with pictures and it has now been close to a month and have never received a response from them. I have tried to reach them via the phone number on their website with no luck. I WISHED I read these reviews before I placed an order.

Never Again. BE AWARE! La Fleur Mi Amor is a SCAM. Flowers arrived crushed due to poor packaging, the vase came dirty and no scent. The customer care team, or lack there of, had no concern. I called, emailed and messaged on every social media page for 2 weeks asking to receive a replacement or a refund. Not an email, not a call, nothing from them — instead, I was blocked everywhere, and all my comments asking for help, were deleted. So sad that they have to run a business this way.
