Cancelling a training membership has never been harder. Went in person, told on three occasions the person, *****, was in a meeting.Thats fine, and when I was in person the front desk staff cancelled my gym membership but not my training membership which was $******. I was told not to worry, and continued to wait about an hour for the meeting to end. Anonymous Diplomat Complaint regarding Misconduct, Threat, and Inconveniences The gym is supposed to be a place to get away from the stress of life, not add more distress. I believe all members and staff are vicariously liable in creating an enjoyable experience.Firstly, it disrupted my workout routine and caused emotional distress, which affected my overall well-being.
