Beware of LA Fitness center, facilities , management and employees and the corporation. You really positively ask for copy of any contract and read it before you sign any contract digitally. They will lie to you and cheat you if you trust them what they are saying and what youre signing digitally without getting any time to read while you are putting your signature on the electronic pad. Staff are like police people.Been given middle finger many times coming into club and inside club by staff.When i told female manager she minimized and pretended she didnt understand.Selective discrimination.

My son is 17 years and went into the location at ******************************************************************************* on March 12th without my knowledge or permission and signed up to use the facility. He paid $106.98 on a debit card at the time which I was later told was a first and last month payment. I was unaware of this transaction until March 27 when he was charged another $52.43. I wanted to cancel my membership. I went there and told the manager I wanted to cancel my membership. He said it was cancelled and I would receive no more charges. I got a charge this month. I want the charge reversed and to not incur any more recurring charges

This by far is the absolute worse gym around. Always filthy. The Steam Room is always down. Today when I was there steam room worked but it was so hot you couldn't sit in there. The HOT tub was cold. They had no Hot Water for the showers. The female they have cleaning just comes into the Men's locker room and just stays in there. Its actually quite comical how bad this place is. And now I am reading how bad it is to cancel. What's even more comical is that I still go here

I went there directly to be a member in that gym. I told them clearly I am traveller's back to my country within three months I don't need to be involved at any subscriptions. I did participate with a 2 month membership. That was satisfying for me. Then they call me twice to announce a new deal. A personal training is now available for one month with 165$ I told them I have no problem with that if it's only one month. Why not let's try it.I found they put me in a one year plan. Please write an in depth complaint about LA Fitness employee ***** making me feel uncomfortable as a guest and taunting me from previously being sick for the past two years. My cousin ask me to get out the house and go to the gym with her because she knows I have been battling depression as well as anxiety and stress. After 2 yrs at this gym here's what you can expect: -always filthy, rarely cleaned, i've seen the same tumbleweeds of hair and dust for months at a time -much of the equipment is broken or only partially working for weeks to months (ex. counted 27 cardio machines down at one time), most of the equipment 20 yrs old and *****, no safety inspections (had a cable break, a peddle fall off a bike, and numerous other pieces of equipment break)-discourteous clientele, dropping weights, leaving gym bags all over, not wiping equipment... read more
