Attempted to cancel my membership before the billing cycle hit in March 2021. The gyms closed down due to COVID-19. I was notified that the billing would resume for membership and immediately contacted my local gym to cancel my membership. I called the LA Fitness located at Coldwater Canyon Ave, Sherman Oaks, CA, on March 19, 2021 to cancel. I cancelled my membership at the Pearland Parkway LA Fitness in January 2021. I followed all the instructions in the contract to cancel. We are now in May, I have cancelled w two other reps at La Fitness since January, and still my contract is not cancelled. I receive multiple calls and emails every week requesting payment and promises to cancel. I have had to contact my bank to stop them from auto withdrawing on my card.
