Good and exceptional.
Alex did everything in his power to convince us to sign for a membership and that included lying several times about different things (he filtered what I liked and started lying about amenities, and other things they could provide me but they don’t exist ✨). But I confronted him afterwards and he basically just said he didn’t say the truth before.. big liar and talks too much during sign up so you don’t concentrate when signing up the docs. Ridiculous!
I’ve been a loyal member at LA Fitness in Lake Zurich for 5 years, and my entire family has been members for over a decade. I was considering switching to the Mundelein location since it’s closer to work. I’ve done free trials at over 10 different LA Fitness locations in the past, and never once had a problem.
