Alex the new GM there was hands down the best most efficient gm I’ve ever seen. He got me enrolled in training and pilates classes. He was awesome and so professional. Deserves a raise in my opinion. Thank you Alex
3.9 is very low, my planet fitness has 1.2k reviews and 4.9 rating(for perspective). I used to like this la fitness but sadly it has worsen. The sauna is always broken, the bathrooms are dirty and too close together(planet fitness bathroom is cleaner and more spacious), the supposed trainers hug the machines! We’re paying to be there and have to wait for the trainers to get in their 10 sets, and after reading the reviews I can personally say I agree, the staff is very rude and they’ve ruined my experience to a point I’ll can... read more
