They refuse to cancel my membership, I already pay for the first and last month but they don't want to cancel it and want me to pay another month
The guy at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. He turned me away saying I needed my own gym membership etc. He did it in front of two other guests and kept being nasty towards me. I called customer service and the representative named ****** was also rude and disgusting. La fitness needs to train all staff to be kind and respectful to people. I deserve and require an apology.
Buyer Beware. I was scammed out of over $300 by the training manager ****** ******************. I was promised 4 free training sessions from her last August when my Personal Trainer got vocal on the floor and made a threat. She ended up firing him and due to his actions, she offered the 4 free sessions. I never received them. This gym is unclean and poorly managed. The bathrooms are filthy. The showers often only have cold water. Plus, they are dirty too. I had an injury and was using the pool and taking water aerobics classes. Now they closed the pool permanently. No reason to members and no notice. They are the worst gum around. They act like they don't care unless they are selling you a membership.

I was a Club studio member until today. I came LITERALLY 2 min late to a class and I was refused to go to my class so they can charge me the $10 no show up fee. I've been going to this class 87 times within the past 7 months and in EVERY single class they let people in when they are late. Supposedly they have a 2 min grace ******* They let today another member that was on the waiting list in a min before the class started!! Overall they have done this to me personally 3-4 times.
