Paying for a membership I cannot use! The AC has not worked in several YEARS! Yes, years! There is ZERO air ventilation. Extremely difficult to workout in these conductions - in the summer with the heat and stench. In the winter it’s still warm and smells like a high school locker room with no deodorant. I’ve emailed corporate to get updates. In 2024 they responded “we’re looking into it.” It’s been 15 months since that email and nothing has been done. Great Gym ♀️ 🥊🥊
Girl with black hair tied up at the front desk extremely rude. I asked if I could use the restroom. She said it’s for members only, I said I’m pregnant can I please use the restroom by law you are required. She proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need to be rude funny because in fact she was being rude. Furthermore I went to the bathroom and it was disgustingly dirty! If you go to this gym I feel bad for you but actually I feel for this girl that hates her job where she stands around all day looking miserable.
