Paying for a membership I cannot use! The AC has not worked in several YEARS! Yes, years! There is ZERO air ventilation. Extremely difficult to workout in these conductions - in the summer with the heat and stench. In the winter it’s still warm and smells like a high school locker room with no deodorant. I’ve emailed corporate to get updates. In 2024 they responded “we’re looking into it.” It’s been 15 months since that email and nothing has been done.
