Latrice is a wonderful, fantastic personal trainer. It is worth going here for her, and David is good if you like to go to a cycle class.
LA Fitness needs FREE WiFi.
It smells, smells, smells! The carpet needs to be changed or something. Got sick on day 4 of using the pool. It's not cleaned properly or enough. Yuck. And it needs a few new, modern exercises units.
Show up EARLY for the 9:15 am cycle class on Sunday- they start taking names before 8:30 am, which is against their rules. That is annoying.
Very crowded gym during peak hours, so be kind and let others work in with you on the equipment!
Yolanda's body works class is da bomb. You might hate her while doing the class, but you will love it at the end.
