Went to sign up for a membership however they told me they shut the pool down but yet still advertise they have one.
There's a new employee and she did what the other employees couldn't do for four months. She got all of my information and membership card figured out. She is very proficient at her job and I thank her very much. Her name was Grace M. She got my membership fixed and got me my new card and did what no one else did for me. She helped me with what I needed to get into the club.
I give it a star because it cannot be that I have a previous subscription and when a promotion arrives and I decide to reopen the account, they tell me that I have to pay for a new subscription. Very distant from the advisor, he was very despotic in attending to me if he had or has a bad day, but this is not how clients are treated!
Haven't updated their cardio equipment since they opened. The weight equipment is covered in rust.
Nice club but has limited hours making access a challenge if like most you have a busy lifestyle. Closes 10PM weekdays except Friday when its 9PM. Sat Sun even worse closes at 6 PM.
