I signed up for group training it was told to me that I can come anytime any day with in the said timeframe they have to get a group training even if its just me. The guy who I signed up with just resigned I did 2 workouts with him and I just found out that they will do group training mostly evening sessions and at 8am. I cant do evening and 8am kids go to school by 8:45am I was lied to and I cant even used my group training because of the time. I need to cancel without charging me because i was lied too and cant use it.

I began personal training membership several months ago and requested a pause/freeze due to COVID-19. they did not allow any extension of freeze when Omicron variant was heightens in winter. I then tried to cancel membership given the increasing cases and facilitys inadequate mask and social distancing enforcement. I accidentally bought 2 memberships and man they are really expensive, Im trying to delete them but they dont have any options at all, 100 for a gym?!?!? No thanks

Crooked salesmen. Legit I came in asking for a trial before I sign up. Sales guy says it's $20 for a day pass. Doesn't even mention that there's a 3 day free trial on the website.

I accepted that gyms are scams. If you going to charge me for any and every fee, at least have machines that work. Ive been at this gym for a month and the same machines that have been inoperable since I started are STILL inoperable. Mind you these arent even new machines. They dont care and have no shame. Also Ive even ***** water leaking from the ceiling. I wish I did a trial before signing up or at least read the ****** reviews.

Awful business. Avoid Esporta and LA fitness at all costs. Had the membership for less than a week before i regretted it. I got started online navigating to the LA fitness website specifically to get a membership. Specifically because i needed a multi gym pass so i could workout anywhere. The page showed all different gyms including one in Auburn that was an ESPORTA building apparently. Nowhere on the page or during the process does it tell you that singing up for an esporta multi gym pass does not grant ****** to LA FITNESS... read more

Good morning,I am at the Mount Prospect location. I had reported to management, multiple times on different days, about many people not wearing their masks. The management says that there is nothing they can do. LAFitness needs to protect its members and this needs to be handled from corporate to help tge clubs manage people who do not follow the rules. If they dont wear their masks, they should be escorted out. I am going to email the BBB and Governor Prizker. This needs to be handled. Thank you,Sent from my iPhone

I am seeking assistance in rectifying a situation at my gym where the General Manager ****, proceeded to approach me upon my entry to gym with my daughter in tow to disrespectfully address me (seemingly having a personal issue with me as a woman and a mother) to place my child (who was squirming and heavy in my arms) down in childcare and then check in, which I have down in past with no issue. I joined LA fitness around fall 2021 because the staffs and trainers were friendly and made it seem like a good community. I happened to sign the personal trainer contract because I wanted to work out and thought maybe someone was able to help me. I did not know it was a 1 YEAR contract but thought it was a one time fee.
