*********************** from LA Fitness and ***** has the worst customer Service experience Ive ever experienced. They are rude and not helpful at all. Ive never seen someone have an attitude just because someone is using a 3 day pass. I would never use LA Fitness again in my life.

I signed up for personal training for 6 months which I finished in August 2022. They continued to charge me for the personal training. i called them many times regarding this and no response from them. I even told them that I would like to cancel my membership and they told me that I have to come in person to cancel. I told them i am out of town and can't come, but they insisted me to come in person to cancel the membership. I almost reported LA Fitness as a scam. I switched gyms in Sept. and canceled my LA membership at the same time. LA Fitness allows 2 methods for canceling: going in person or mailing them your cancellation. I chose to mail them my cancellation out of convenience, but I found it odd that they are so old school using mail-in cancellations. Signed up for a personal trainer around Thanksgiving. I was trained for one or two days before being told that they dont have any trainers available for me. Two months later, Im now trying to cancel because I still do not have a trainer. I am unsure how a business can sell a product and not fulfill their end of the deal. Worst experience ever. Signed up for a 3 day pass that they would not honor for ****** **. The ** started in on politics saying if we had a different governor they could honor the 3 day pass because of capacity. I am a member at Lifetime fitness and no 60% capacity issues there. I was looking for a closer alternative to Lifetime as a second club to not have to deal with traffic that can be bad when driving to ***********. I signed up for 6 months of personal training and they continued charging my checking account after the agreement ended. I spoke to a rude GM which stated i needed to cancel in person otherwise I'm considered month to month. This was never discussed when i signed the agreement, and they never gave me a copy of the agreement.This is a huge scam!

I wish zero stars was an option. An associate named ******************* is calling past customers claiming that they have an outstanding balance that is set to go to collections, but that balance can be wiped out by signing up for their $15/mth promotion, which could then be cancelled within 3 days. I was offered a free trail for a personal trainer and I genuinely was convinced it would be something worth my time and money to achieve my fitness goals so I decided I would give it my commitment.
