I agree with others below. My 91 year old stepfather was still being charged monthly for a membership he didnt use for the past **** years. This company never sends renewal notices or anything just keeps taking money out monthly. Terrible company that I will never do business with

I am APPALLED that at the *********** ******* location the Women's bathroom has NO TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWELS. It is filthy with **** and wet toilet paper in multiple stalls. When I asked the front desk for Manager they said they do not have one. When I asked for Custodian they said none here. When I asked for toilet paper and paper towels they said don't have that either!!! IT IS DISGUSTING That a gym operates in such unsanitary conditions!!!

Should be rated a 0. Broken and outdated equipment. Horrible management. Huge mess everyday. No one addresses any customer concerns.

This is a terrible Gym. Do not sign a contract with them, they will bill you multiple times per months and never send you a receipt. You need to check you credit card all time to make sure they did not scam you. I signed a membership for two months and ended up paying more than $370 with unknown charges. They will certainly lie to you about the whole process until you sign. Once signed they will randomly charge hoping that you never check your credit card. Be careful folks. Wow, similar experience to the list below. Would leave 0 stars. I told them very clearly of how I wanted only one month of training to help my ankle get back online so I could confidently go on a six month adventure. They told me the PT I signed up for was easy to change so 'no problem' on just the x3 sessions I wanted to buy. They signed me up for a whole year's worth of x3 lessons per month at $165 per month. This place deserves 0 stars. If you go to this gym you are putting your own safety at risk, a violent altercation on 11/30/22 of a grown man (maybe in his 40's) and a women (maybe 20's) assaulting a pregnant female by throwing her to the ground/punching her and then this grown *********** jumped a man who was with the pregnant women at their vehicle all while a small child is in the vehicle. This place is trash with trash trainers and management. Mi a pregnant woman and was brutally attacked by a grown man in his 40's and a woman in her 20's which are members and also attacked by Esporta personal trainers. They did all of us in front of a 2-year-old as well. We asked for the video footage which they failed to provide due to the trainers and two people who attacked me and my boyfriend are friends with the management, so they are trying to protect them. They are literal thieves. Make it impossible to close your account. Shame on the better business bureau for giving these scum an A rating. Obviously the BBB is a bunch of do nothing hacks too.

Too bad I can not give 0. They renew my subscription but they close the gym by my house and they do not want to give me a refund. I live in ********* and they closed that gym now they want to send me to ***********. That is unacceptable.
