Heavy bags (200lbs) and plenty of them! I come after 9PM when all classes are done- bags are yours, all yours.
Used to work out here all the time when I worked in Kearny Mesa. Gets pretty busy around 6pm.
They've done a good job with the remodel. Now, on to the restrooms!
This place is thief central n the management does not give a rats ass about all the recent robberies. I live 2 miles away but drive 15 miles each way to go to the one in Mira Mesa. Not a safe place

Apparently it's extremely difficult to get a spin seat on Saturday mornings so be prepared. It's harder than getting into the most popular nightclub in sd!
