These are chain gyms. I've been to several, unfortunately not all of them have steam rooms and not all of the changing rooms and showers are clean.
AVOID!!!!! This location is probably the worst LA fitness I’ve ever been to. Staff is extremely rude and this location is full of hidden fees everywhere!!!! AVOID!!!
I was also on my friends VIP list (a 7 day free trial) and they denied me access I had a QR code and everything the costumer service is horrible and the front dest people especially the girls are really rude.
Watch out! Scammers! Prepare to be charged hidden fees. The person that signed us up basically lied left and right just so we sign up. We later discovered that everything he said either costs more or is not even possible. Every employee would give us conflicting information as long as they can charge us more and more. When I finally confronted them about their scamming tactics, they said “that person doesn’t work here anymore.” As if only one person was involved in this issue. Go anywhere else but here!!
Cleanest LA in west Los Angeles! All the staff is very nice!
