I am a member at the esporta gym in *******. It is very disappointing every time I come to this gym the water activities are either broken you can't use them or they are dirty. My membership fees are taken direct out of my account every month but when I go to the I can't use the amenities and this happens on a regular basis. I will be looking for another gym.

Loved LA Fitness then it got bought out by ESPORTA. Holy cow is this place turning into a dump. ************ kids running around. They are rude. They hog the machines while taking selfies and talking on the phone or simply "hanging out." The bathrooms are DISCUSTING!!! No paper towels, pee and p*** on the seats and in the toilet. The managers and front desk only care about getting more people in instead of caring about the members. Its a high school hangout with trashy people and workers.

Ive been a member since 2018, when I joined I signed up for a family membership I was told my sister and I had guest privileges for 2 guests, today I finally decided to bring someone in as a guest and was told its not on my account and I would have to pay. It seems like it was removed from my account shortly after I joined. I have been very disappointed with the decline of the facilities of the locations but kept going because I like the employees. This has been my gym for a few years. When things were returning to normal from the pandemic, the gym kept trying to get a hold of me to sign back, They offered me an excellent deal for the entire year, and I agreed to sign up. Within days the cases of covid started to increase. Therefore I decided to cancel my membership. Of course, they denied me that. I am handicap and I wanted to work out. Unfortunately, I never was able to use the membership. I called to cancel and they put me on a $10 maintenance program. I realized with my condition I was not going to be able to use it. I emailed to cancel several times with no response. I went to the gym and they refuse to cancel my membership. I had a $10 balance with I would not pay. I never once used the membership and when I tried to cancel they talked me into keeping it on maintenance. I joined L.A. Fitness *****, ** since last September 2022. July, one of the Personal training advisors, Lied to me convincing me to take the personal training classes for 3 months with a rate for 3 months instead of a full year contract because I dont like contracts. I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I had during my first visit to the gym today around 11:30am. Upon arrival, I waited in line. The guy at the front desk stopped talking to the person who was there, leaned over, and said, "You have a question?", as if it wasn't my first time there. This company scams you by not allowing you to cancel your membership. I have contacted them multiple times to correct this. I first tried to cancel my membership on a weekend, Saturday, as we cannot cancel it online. I spoke with a gentleman that stated we could cancel on Monday and would not get charged the additional month. I noticed on Monday, they did not cancel it as it tried to charge my account. I then called on Tuesday and spoke with the "general manager" and he stated they do not cancel the membership over the phone... read more
