I was asking out of the training contract that i also found out i was never given the info to opt out after first 45 days. Never trainers available including manager never caing for appt and always taking money every month Never could get i touch with manager covid keeps me away . Callef customer service in calif. Never called back after explained problem greedy values

From the day I started at this gym I have had the WORST customer experience. I tried to cancel my PT training 2 days after I signed up and was LIED to by the front desk that I could not. I then asked for a manager and was told he would call and FOR DAYS I kept calling back and not only was the manager not available but was told he would call back and he did not. I've been a LA Fitness member for over 5 years. This year was my first time adding a Personal Trainer program to my fitness goals. There was a specific trainer that I wanted to train with and I have expressed this to the person commissioned to sign me up on the program. This person explained to me that I was free to choose from any of the Personal Trainer (PT) at all facilities. The place is not bad however the environment is toxic. I go the the LA fitness in *************** and heard one of the managers whose name is ******************************* talk to multiple employees is a very disrespectful way that made me very angry. This manager should get fired!

They are a complete and utter scam. I am still being billed 13 months into a 12 MONTH personal training plan that I never even use because the training service was awful. Stay far away from LA Fitness.

Person allowed to follow and record me at gym then posted video mocking and shaming me at *******,** location. Have stay away with persins brither. Cops called managemnt appeared to be persons friend then district asked to call and never did. Sent all my proof and stay away and videos at their locatuin and they still did nothing but warn person. I have not returned sence and want my full refund of enrollment and their distruct did nothing despute time took sending her my email and attachments. I dint feel safe to go to a gym... read more

Worst possible service. Beware of their personal training sessions scam. They will scam you into buying sessions and follow shady practices for cancellations. I had lost more than 1000$ dollars to them. I tried called the corporate office, their customer service representative was also rude when asked for cancellation.

A few years ago, I started working on getting into shape, and utilized the trainers out at the LA Fitness in Norwalk. It was a great experience, and I owe a lot to the really great team they had out there at the time. So, when the gyms started opening back up and it was time to work on the lockdown weight I'd gained, signing back up at a different nearby location seemed like a good idea. Refusal to cancel membership.Every time I go the operations manager is away or on lunch.I was told I was fine to go home and it would be cancelled. They continue to charge: disgusting pathetic business
