Doesn't have enough training simulators, but they in a good condition
This gym is like the anti-Make-a-Wish foundation. They seem to thrive on offering as terrible customer service as possible and daring members to say anything about it. I always knew LA Fitness was a soulless corporate machine, raking in millions while offering the bare minimum, but what I didn't expect was such poor business acumen that they would allow a member to cancel their membership rather than make small, doable changes that would benefit all members. Terrible customer service and dishonest practices. I signed up for what I clearly asked to be a 6-month membership, but without my knowledge, they put me on a 9-month contract. When I tried to cancel, I was told I had to speak with their personal training manager, Vanessa. I drove 45 minutes to the club and waited over 90 minutes, only to be told that Vanessa is a very busy and can’t meet me, and that my only option was to buy out the contract by paying 50% of what I still owe.
