I would say this is the worst gym I have been to. They sell you on the amazing features that they are able to provide, but never tell you about the issues. The gym is regularly overcrowded making it virtually impossible to get more than one machine in an hour long workout. The sauna and hot tub are often broken and under repairs. The pool is filled with so many chemicals that my eyes burn after works and makes it dangerous to drive home right away. Kristina is by far the worst staff member I’ve encountered at LA Fitness. She was on her phone, gave attitude, and made me feel unwelcomed instead of helping. The rest of the staff are great, but her behavior is unprofessional and embarrassing for the gym. Please bring Kiesha back !!!!! And fire Kristina
nfortunately, I did not have a good experience. My wife registered for swimming two months ago, just one time use the pool, but due to an allergy, we had to cancel. We paid around $250, and even though we canceled and requested refunds money back the amount was deducted from our account that same night I canceled for $57. They refused to refund the penny of the money!! I’m very disappointed with this experience!! And this is not fair!!
