Had an appointment with my trainer Osama at 9:00am. Never showed up. Found out that he was transferred at 17th Street. My new personal trainer will be Lane.
How come nobody told us the parking lot is being torn apart by construction workers and vehicles? What are they doing?
Love getting exercise with Osama my trainer. Andrew and Corey are nice! The Zumba class is too loud because of the music. Please do a noise ordinance.
One of the machines is broken.
Men's restroom was closed. They told me it was flooded. Had to leave the gym and go to Walgreen's.
While doing 3 sets of 10 planks, my trainer put a weight on my lower back three times. Some of us have a bad back. Scoliosis; Sciatica... etc.
Great since the remodel... Middle of the day is least busy.
