I've been a member of LA Fitness for a long time, and I want to complain about personal training. On 6/5/2019, I signed up for my personal training course and delivered the down payment ($ 459) on the same day. I chose to pay in installments, once a month, and each payment is $ 360 for a total of five months. I have been a customer of L.A. fitness for a long time and overall I really enjoy the clubs themselves and the classes they offer. My compliant is with the personal training department. I also had been a client for many years and recently had about 15 session (that I already paid for) disappear from account. Over the years I was told the sessions would never expire so I never worried about it.
