I mailed my cancellation letter to the corporate headquarters as it says on the LA Fitness website. It says to give 5 business days for it to process, but they never processed it. Thursday May 26th, I went to the LA Fitness at ***************************************************************************. to meet with ****** whom, I thought was a personal trainer and who would be discussing personal training sessions with me. GM is disrespectful and harasses clients. Have been coming here for over a year. Once in awhile my girlfriend comes when we have a chance to lift together. Over all this time he stops us after checking in at the front and starts being rude for going to workout. Brings my guest over an says she can no longer use my unlimited guest pass due to a crunch memenershil she had over a decade ago. Continues to be rude, unprofessional, and visibly starts shaking. Training Sales practice horrible. They sign up people without finding out if they can afford it.Very misleading, what one might think is a onetime payment turns into a monthly payment.They coast my daughter **** dollars for a service that she never needed or used.Corporate when from can't help to 50% then 25% to buy out. Keep in mind that depression issues are involved in this., which can easily be proved in any court. My suggestion is stary far away not worth all the aggravation.

been exercising in gyms ****************************************************************************** her name is *******. I am reporting her to as many people as I can.Not the best gym I have been to but its close to my home.
The A C doesn't seem to be working or it's set too high.I was told it's because of the outside weather being hot.That's inane. I have to leave sometimes half way through my exercises due to the heat inside.The machines are not kept in good condition. It takes many weeks / months for repairs.Knobs are missing and seats are torn / worn.Handicapped bathroom door is locked due to a broken toilet. GET ANOTHER TOILET !
They force you to go into the store when a manager is there to cancel your membership. The time you your self are typically working.. OR go in to a *********** and send them certified mail.We are in 2022, peoples glasses can connect to the internet.
