Their personal trainer doesn't respect client's physical limitation and hurt them. New manager Carlo admitted being transferred there because of many issues like this happening there, but even though is their responsability for being incompetent, they don't want to waive the 50% fee for cancelllation of service. I want to cancel because I don't trust them anymore, I've been in bed for almost 24hrs because of the injury they caused on my hips.
