Recommendedvery clean and updated machines
The manager and staff are rude to customers and I was personally attacked me outside of the gym by staff and the manager for not wearing a mask outside of the gym. This is after I worked out for 1.5 hrs inside wearing a mask. The Manager needs to get a new job since he doesn’t know that the customers are the reason why he has a job!! He needs to treat people with respect which he doesn’t. Practice what you preach.

GM is super nice and eager to help. Front desk and “director of PT” - not so much. Been waiting on a call for over a week... guess they don’t want to take my money. Been a loyal member to LA Fitness for over 13 years and have never had someone turn down a sale and be so disrespectful in the process of doing so. Kinda insane.
