RecommendedI find it to be the best gym that I've been to in a long time definitely the space is great because it used to be the old Publix but all the equipment with all the new hoist machines and it doesn't seem like some of the other gyms you go to people don't care about the ways they just toss them everywhere they are not order they seem to have keep everything in order it seems like more people respect the gym than some of the other ones that's just my opinion and I go to all three of them in the area

Excelente la ubicación, las máquinas nuevas y modernas, las clases muy buenas, el personal chevere... las únicas decepciones son la falta de un Sauna de vapor y el estacionamiento muy pequeño....
I only lasted five minutes in Zumba it was way too intense for me to start off at the beginning I’m hoping I can slowly work my way into other classes I’m 65 and trying to get back into moving I am so excited and waiting to get the water aerobics going

It’s beautiful and big with enough machines for everyone!! I love it and hopefully people will take care of it!!
This new location is convenient for Buenaventura Lakes, North Kissimmee and South Orange County's. The facility is modern clean and large. A large cardio area, free weights, spin room, aerobics room, basketball court and swimming pool are highlights of this new facility.
Todas las máquinas son nuevas y modernas.
Great energy, cool staff, new machines, bigger, & convenient. I’ll definitely be adding Osceola location to my list. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
