I’m very confused to see car seats on these reviews, since I ordered flowers from here. Communication was great via text and phone, but I am ultimately disappointed. I sent photos of what I wanted, and asked to stay in a certain price range. She went over budget but I figured they would be exactly what I wanted so I paid it. When the photos were sent, they do no match at all what I wanted. See photos of what I wanted to what I got :(

Our stroller was pretty beat up and we think Buckle bath did a pretty good job getting it back into shape. We were told to upgrade to the bio bath option after they told us that the basic service wouldn’t remove the mud or the sunscreen. It looks great see the photos for evidence of that.

I looked into using their services, but didn’t use the service. I was charged $110 and never had an appointment or used their services. I have no confirmation email only a charge on my credit card. I have been calling and emailing for 6 weeks trying to get this resolved with only one email response originally and now radio silence.

My toddler got a GI illness last weekend and threw up all over his carseat. I reached out to Bucklebath on a Saturday evening and they responded within an hour of me contacting them. They came to pick up the carseat, cleaned it and returned it back to us the same night and provided us with a loaner carseat in case we needed it. We were very happy that this service was available after hours since we didn't want to leave vomit for days or even just overnight. They also have routine cleaning services too. Service was very easy and convenient and well worth the cost! Our son was sick and vomited all over his car seat- it came back fresh and new. Will definitely use again.
