We pass through Ark City each year on our way to a Trials event in Sedan, KS. Last year was our first time to go to La Fiesta, food was delicious and the Grande Margaritas were on point!! This year sadly the margaritas where like lime Gatorade we ordered the exact same way as last year..two top shelf and then even had to ask for two additional shots of Grand Marnier but that didn't help the extreme tartness (which gave me heartburn) of the margaritas.
