Bought a dress for $380 and alterations were suppose to be done but never was and never called me. Finally got a hold of them and they tell me it's ready so we go to get it and nothing has been done. the day before prom! now my daughter has no dress!!
I took my daughter there yesterday shopping for her prom dress. We were treated like criminals. There were several people following us around however not offering help they were peaking around corners. Like really? I took my daughter right up the street to a different store. And she found her dream dress.

this store is amazing and customer is great went there while visiting Illinois and did some shopping there the experience was very good , I recommend anyone who gets a chance to visit them you will be amazed.
