I had a cracked molar & was told by Dr, O that I needed root canal & crown OR extraction. They advised Crown NOT covered by insurance. Left & made an appointment with an exceptional Endodontist who took an x-ray, ran some tests on my tooth & advised ROOT CANAL WAS NOT NECESSARY ONLY A CROWN!! MY NEW CROWN WAS COVERED 100% BY INSURANCE. THEY NO NOTHING ON FILING INSURANCE CLAIMS SUBMITTING OLD CODES & ERRONEOUS DATA. ONLY WANT $$ TO PERFORM PROCEDURES THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY!!! Absolutely Horrible! I spent one hour in the waiting room. The rude office assistant was desperately trying to see just how much they could milk out of my insurance company. After I complained that I had been waiting for an hour watching customer after customer go in, they finally saw me. Then the teenage technician insisted that I get 7 X-rays. I explained that that was unnecessary as I was there for two fillings, and that I was happy to get two x-rays max, as I had just had a full mouth X-ray a few months ago and my teeth ... read more

Dr Gray explanied everything throughly and showed me my x-rays and answered all my questions , did a won derful job on my crowns!! i reccommend all my friends and family to come great work and great prices!!
Ever since switching to whitewing dental 4 years ago this is the only place I'd take my family. The Dr.s are so knowledgeable and patient. The hygienists do a great job getting my teeth super clean, and front staff is very professional. Thanks Whitewing

My son has been coming to this office since he was 4 years old. He loves coming to visit the dentist and get his teeth cleaned. When treatment has been needed his experince was great, no tears, hes not scared. The Dr.s and assistants do a great job of keeping him calm. Awesome job Dr. and Staff!!
