~LITHC COMPLEX, LOW INCOME. Lot's of Great Families. Negative is the Car Break-Ins and Plumbing Issues. Lot's of Property Management Staff Turn Overs. They Keep 90% of my Deposit for Basic Cleaning after 5 years. DON'T RENT HERE ! Look at a better complex. They Raise the Rent's Every Year, Even if your Low Income. Just Terrible !
Got to love how I was cussed out by an employee there while making a u turn there thanks to the congested traffic on northup Street told the employee I was just making a U-turn. I wasn’t gonna stay proceeded to threaten me. Call the cops. Call the tow truck just cause I was in the vicinity and then followed me out onto the street while continuously to cuss at me and saw that I worked right there while I was trying to park the company van.
