I've been trying to find a new local burrito spot since my go-to place closed, and this was my first visit. I ordered the birria burrito with a side of consommé, and I was genuinely impressed. The birria itself was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and clearly the star of the burrito. The consommé was some of the best I've had.
